The world is our lab.
We help founders turn technology into scalable companies with real impact – from the first idea to the exit.
Technology that gives more back.
Mujinzo Labs invests in young companies whose technology creates ecological, social and economic impact – all at once.
We believe the big challenges of our time can't be solved with linear measures. They need innovations with exponential potential – and people with the stamina and experience to bring them to market.
That's why we combine capital with hands-on work, a strong network and sustainability as a core principle.
Mujinzo
Our name goes back to the Buddhist term mujinzō (無尽蔵) – literally “the inexhaustible storehouse”. Three characters: mu (無, “without”), jin (尽, “to exhaust”) and zō (蔵, “treasury”). Together: a treasure that is not used up by giving.
The image comes from the great sutras of Mahāyāna Buddhism, where it describes the inexhaustible abundance of the teaching and of compassionate action. In Japanese Zen it became a metaphor for creative potential – related to the ensō, the circle drawn in a single breath, which shows the moment when form arises from openness / emptiness.
This is exactly how we see our work: as a place where capital, experience and ideas can keep giving rise to something new – companies, works, impact. A source that is never exhausted, but grows the more is drawn from it.
